Job summary

Topsoe is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Manager located at our Pasadena, TX manufacturing site. You will lead and manage all EHS, process safety, risk management, property protection, and facility security activities to ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.

Qualifications

B.S. in Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or related field required.
Certification preferred: CSOP and/or CIH.
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing an EHS function in manufacturing, chemical or refiner environments.
Strong knowledge of environmental compliance, including air, water and waste management.
Strong knowledge of occupational safety and process safety management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all EHS activities for the Bayport site.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.
Provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and operational support to improve EHS performance.
Collaborate with site leadership and plant personnel.
Drive risk reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
