Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor to lead safety programs across multiple Houston-area facilities. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations while promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

The role involves policy development, incident investigations, audits, training, and coordination with operations, HR, and site EHS coordinators. 10+ years of EHS experience and ISO knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.) and ISO 45001/14001.
• Experience leading safety programs and fostering a strong safety culture.
• 10 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, construction, or general industry.
• OSHA trainings and relevant EHS certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and programs (hazardous waste, emergency response, OSHA CFR 1910 general industry).
• Ensure TAS facilities comply with ISO 14001 & 45001 and proper HAZWASTE disposal.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions; report findings.
• Coordinate audits, reviews, and environmental metrics across sites.
• Deliver EHS training to employees, management, and contractors.
• Facilitate risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Maintain OSHA logs and regulatory reporting to ISNetworld and AVETTA.
