Job summary

Topsoe is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Manager in Pasadena, TX. You will lead the EHS program at the Bayport site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards while driving risk reduction and continuous improvement.

The role partners with site leadership to implement strategic EHS initiatives and safety culture across operations. Ideal candidates bring a BS in a related field, 10+ years of EHS leadership in manufacturing, and knowledge of air, water and waste

Qualifications

B.S. in Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or related field is required.
CSOP and/or CIH certifications preferred.
Minimum of 10 years leading an EHS function in manufacturing/chemical/refining environments.
Strong knowledge of environmental compliance (air, water, waste).
Strong knowledge of occupational and process safety management systems.
Familiarity with emissions testing programs and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage environmental, health, safety, process safety, risk management and facility security at the Bayport site.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards.
Provide strategic direction, technical guidance and operational support to site leadership.
Drive regulatory compliance, risk reduction and continuous EHS improvement.
