Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor to plan, implement, and enforce safety programs across its Houston-area facilities. The role focuses on OSHA/EPA compliance, ISO standards, and incident investigation, fostering a strong safety culture for all employees.

Responsibilities include leading audits, training, risk assessments, and coordination with operations, HR, and site managers to ensure regulatory reporting and continuous improvement. A 10-year EHS background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of EHS manufacturing, construction, or general industry experience.
• At least 5 years of OSHA General Industry trainings.
• Certifications such as OSHA 30, OSHA 511, OSHA 501, OSHA 2455, OSHA 3095, OSHA 521, OSHA 2264.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs across multiple sites.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; drive corrective actions and follow-ups.
• Oversee inspections, audits, and regulatory reporting (OSHA, EPA; ISNetworld, AVETTA).
• Provide EHS training to employees, management, and contractors.
• Collaborate with operations and HR to sustain a strong safety culture.
