Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS related, Engineering with 5+ years of EHS experience or Master’s Degree with 3 years of EHS experience.
• EHS or Engineering professional certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience implementing EHS regulations and conducting incident investigations.
• Ability to establish measurable project goals and implementation plans.
• Ability to develop standards and/or policies that meet business objectives.
• Ability to listen and build effective working relationships with internal/external colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Align and integrate the EHS strategy with the supporting organization’s mission, goals, and strategies.
• Monitor regulatory requirements/trends and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Monitor EHS trends and develop recommendations for input into the EHS LRP.
• Develop and conduct training course material to meet learner or business needs.
• Make timely decisions and negotiate agreements acceptable to all parties.
• Identify and promote process improvements that strengthen the EHS function and minimize risk.
• Assess and quantify EHS risks and their consequences; implement actions.
• Communicate compliance status and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement improvement plans.
• Lead or participate on cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
