Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking an EHS Sr. Specialist for the Third Shift in Raritan, NJ, to support EHS programs within a GMP cell therapy manufacturing facility. The role aims to drive an strong EHS culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with production, engineering, facilities, and quality.

The candidate will perform inspections, incident investigations, training, waste management, and permit-to-work support while ensuring safe work practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of EHS experience in GMP/manufacturing required.
• Knowledge of OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens and biosafety concepts.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support chemical handling, biosafety, waste management, and industrial hygiene.
• Conduct inspections and drive closure of corrective actions.
• Assist with EHS training and incident investigations.
• Support emergency response and permit-to-work processes.
