Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking an EHS Senior Specialist for the 3rd shift at our Raritan, NJ facility. The role focuses on supporting EHS programs within a GMP cell therapy manufacturing environment, driving strong EHS culture and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant EHS experience in GMP/manufacturing settings, with strong communication and team collaboration skills. The position involves hands-on work on the production floor, labs, and maintenance areas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in engineering, safety, industrial hygiene, life sciences, or similar field.
• BA/BS preferred for advanced roles.
• OSHA 10/30 training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and regulatory support for chemical handling, biosafety, and waste management.
• Conduct EHS inspections in cleanrooms, labs, and warehousing facilities.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and toolbox talks.
