Job summary

Resilience is seeking an Associate Director, EHS & Security to lead the West Chester and Blue Ash sites. This role drives a proactive safety and environmental culture, partners with HR, and oversees EHS staff and third-party services.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage budgets, and lead incident investigations, audits, and regulatory interactions while advancing continuous improvement and risk management across the sites.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated EHS work experience with focus on H&S and industrial hygiene.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, ANSI regulations and standards.
• Experience applying EHS management systems and continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communications, including technical writing.
• Ability to plan, implement complex programs and drive measurable change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and staff the site EHS and Security organization; partner with HR and leadership.
• Translate strategy into actionable EHS and security plans with resources.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce injuries, incidents, and waste.
• Oversee investigations, audits, and regulatory inspections (FDA/EMEA as applicable).
• Engage external stakeholders and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
