Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company based in Ohio, driving a sustainable end-to-end manufacturing network. The Associate Director, EHS & Security, leads site programs, partners with Operations, Engineering, Legal and HR, and ensures regulatory compliance while enabling growth.

The role oversees safety, environment and security across West Chester and Blue Ash sites, driving risk reduction and employee ownership of safety culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated EHS work experience with a primary focus in Health, Safety, and Industrial Hygiene.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, and ANSI standards.
• Experience applying EHS management systems and driving compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical writing.
• Ability to plan and implement complex programs and drive measurable change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site EHS and Security organization and coordinate with HR and leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA, DOT and GMP requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce injuries, incidents and environmental impact.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Legal and Corporate EHS/Security.
