Job summary

Resilience is seeking an Associate Director of EHS & Security to lead site EHS and security programs in West Chester and Blue Ash. This role drives governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Legal, HR, and Corporate EHS/Security to protect people and the environment while enabling growth.

Responsibilities include leading the EHS and Security organization, managing external providers, and shaping standards and operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) required.
• 10+ years of EHS experience with people leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, ANSI regulations and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for site EHS and Security programs across West Chester and Blue Ash.
• Develop and implement EHS and security strategies, governance, and compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce injuries, environmental impact, and costs.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory inspections (FDA/EMEA as applicable).
