Qualifications

• BS Degree in Occupational Safety and Health and related fields; 10 years of experience is desirable.
• Regulatory compliance knowledge: OSHA 1910, OSHA 1926 and environmental regs.
• Change management experience in policy implementation is valuable.
• Strong facilitation, interpersonal and computer skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee HSE policies, standards and operating guidelines.
• Lead HSE teams ensuring compliance with laws at site locations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide technical analysis to Sr. Management.
• Author HSE procedures and budgets; support site activities.
