You will drive regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and KPI reporting while coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize risk.

The role emphasizes leadership in EHS training, audits, and emergency response planning, with a strong focus on employee ownership and safety culture across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, engineering, chemistry, or related field or 4+ years in an EHS role.
• Strong knowledge of EHS standards and methodologies.
• Intermediate computer skills and EHS software familiarity.
• Effective communication with senior EHS staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of EHS tools, programs, and policies.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, permitting, and compliance with agency requirements.
• Conduct EHS assessments and maintain records; drive corrective actions.
• Lead emergency response, training, and KPI reporting to management.
