Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a Corporate Director of Environmental, Health & Safety to lead and oversee EH&S programs across all operations in a manufacturing environment.

The role ensures compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations while driving sustainability culture and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in corporate EH&S leadership, with a track record of managing teams and remediation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a corporate EH&S leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of US federal and state EH&S regulations; preferred knowledge of Mexican and Canadian programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing with strong EH&S challenges.
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder influence.
• Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills.
• Experience in sustainability reporting and compliance data aggregation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee corporate-wide EH&S programs, policies, and initiatives for regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic leadership to EH&S teams across locations, fostering safety and sustainability.
• Monitor compliance with US regulations; knowledge of Mexican/Canadian programs preferred.
• Lead sustainability efforts, data aggregation, reporting, and verification processes.
• Manage legacy soil and groundwater remediation projects and reserves.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EH&S into operations.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to mitigate EH&S risks.
• Provide updates and presentations to senior leadership on EH&S performance.
• Lead and mentor EH&S professionals to align with corporate objectives.
• Oversee project management for EH&S initiatives ensuring timely execution.
