Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience (blue badge/FTE).
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Global WHS Program implementation and safety leadership initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring immedate care is available.
• Perform site audits and analyze incident trends to target improvements.
