Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to lead our safety program and champion a culture of safety across operations. You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement practical solutions to protect associates while sustaining productivity.

You will collaborate with Operations leadership, drive audits, manage the first aid program, and influence site safety culture through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience in WHS.
• 3+ years in WHS or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 3+ years in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's WHS program implementation and safety leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement preventive measures.
• Manage first aid and emergency response capabilities at the site.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
• Conduct site audits and analyze incident trends to drive improvements.
