Qualifications

• 3+ years in people/performance management or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into the business and provide data-driven insights.
• Oversee WHS training, recordkeeping, and site compliance; travel 50-70% and support multiple sites.
