Qualifications

• Experience implementing site-level EHS programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Preferred CSP/ASP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site-level environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Ensure OSHA, environmental, and local/state regulatory compliance.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• Maintain documentation for inspections, incidents, and training.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Monitor and report EHS metrics to site leadership.
• Promote safety culture through employee engagement and education.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and best practices.

This role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing risk, and fostering a proactive safety culture across operations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering with leadership and frontline employees to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site-level environmental, health, and safety programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and local/state regulatory requirements
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
• Deliver EHS training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills
• Maintain accurate documentation related to inspections, incidents, and training
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
• Monitor and report EHS metrics and trends to site leadership
• Promote a culture of safety through employee engagement and education
• Stay current on regulatory changes and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA certification (10 or 30) or willingness to obtain
• Professional safety certification (CSP, ASP, or similar)
• Experience supporting site audits and regulatory inspections
