Job summary

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across the organization.

You will partner with leadership to develop strategic initiatives that reduce risk, prevent incidents, and improve safety and environmental performance. The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and proven experience directing audits, investigations, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading audits, investigations, and safety programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence and drive change across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee EHS policies and programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations at all levels.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across operations.
• Investigate incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a safety culture through leadership engagement and training.
• Oversee environmental programs including waste, air emissions, and sustainability.
• Track and report EHS metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Oversee workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and leadership to integrate safety.
• Manage and mentor EHS staff or site safety personnel.
