Job summary

L’Oréal USA, Inc is hiring a Sr Analyst - EHS in Monmouth Junction, NJ to develop and implement environmental health and safety programs to ensure compliance with federal and Luxe rules. You will coach warehouse leaders, coordinate safety meetings, and drive investigations, reporting, and corrective actions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of EHS experience, with strong MS Office skills. Travel to meetings and other sites is expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience supporting an Environmental Health & Safety department.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel and Word) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, and assessments to ensure site compliance with federal and Luxe EHS rules.
• Coach warehouse managers and supervisors in implementing effective EHS programs.
• Review accident/incident investigations for accuracy and proper corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual EHS reports and metrics.
• Coordinate and support the Site's Safety Committee and trainings as required.
