Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc in Clark, New Jersey, is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to safeguard global compliance. You will classify & author Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensure labeling compliance across domestic and international markets using SAP EHS.

You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, and international Legal teams to support clients worldwide, manage multiple global projects, and leverage your chemistry or environmental background to drive accurate regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

Science-based Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Environmental Studies.
Experience with SDS authoring and SAP Product Compliance/EHS module.
Valid transportation hazard certifications (DOT, IATA or IMDG).
Ability to manage multiple global projects independently.

Responsibilities

Classify and author SDSs and prepare safety documentation using SAP EHS.
Ensure labeling compliance with DOT, IATA and IMDG regulations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations and international Legal teams.
