Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of related process or system administration and/or project management experience.
• Ability to analyze processes and document improvements or discrepancies.
• Ability to lead process improvement projects including requirements gathering and tool selection.
• Advanced knowledge of application configurations and workflows.
• Ability to manage project timelines and deadlines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes based on system capabilities and business needs.
• Analyze complex business processes or issues and recommend solutions using systems and data.
• Assist with the implementation of EHS systems processes, projects, and programs.
• Review existing business processes and systems for improvements.
• Analyze and manage system data associated with business processes and operational systems.
• Manage assigned systems and processes ensuring governance compliance.
• Act as a program manager for assigned processes and related systems.
• Resolve process or system conflicts in a timely manner.
• Communicate project or system status to stakeholders for resolution.
• Communicate process changes to end users effectively.
• Solicit end-user feedback on processes and system needs.
• Oversee data collection and monitoring for projects.
• Complete project tasks within defined timeframes.
• Serve as liaison among EHS Applications, project teams, and end users.
• Identify trends in datasets and report findings.
• Prepare and report on system and project data as defined.
• Work with SMEs to develop training for EHS Safety programs.
