This individual contributor will convene stakeholders, structure cross-functional work, and track commitments to strengthen enterprise execution in a complex, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of degree (B.A./B.S. as listed).
• Ten years of progressive experience in strategic operations, enterprise transformation, and related areas.
• Five years leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate executive priorities into actionable plans and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and governance routines.
• Diagnose barriers to execution and drive practical interventions.
• Lead or coordinate transformation initiatives with minimal authority.
• Establish ownership, cadence, risks, and measures of success.
• Influence adoption of new practices through credibility and change leadership.
• Communicate clearly with executive and technical teams.
• Develop templates, charters, dashboards, and lessons-learned mechanisms.
