Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Sr. EHS & S Manager to coordinate environmental, health and safety activities in the Euclid/Automation zone.

You will lead strategy development, drive an effective EHS program, and ensure regulatory and corporate compliance across multiple sites. Responsibilities include advancing EHS culture, audits, incident investigations, change management, and cross-functional collaboration with product, quality, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related safety or engineering field is required.
• 7–12+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing with leadership.
• English proficiency at a high level is required.
• Strong audit, risk assessment and incident investigation skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14001 and 45001 standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the EHS strategy to meet objectives and drive culture of safety.
• Oversee EHS management system, policies, standards, training and data systems.
• Direct EHS audits, regulatory inspections, incident analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide expert EHS guidance to sites within the assigned zone.
• Lead programs for managing change and compliance with new laws/regulations.
• Collaborate with Product Stewardship, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, HR and Sales.
• Mentor country and site managers and develop EHS teams.
