Job summary

The role requires 7–12+ years of EHS leadership in manufacturing, strong audits, and English fluency. Salary range is $141,872–$160,000 with a 20% target bonus and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 7–12+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Languages – English at upper intermediate level.
• Strong audit, risk assessment and incident investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of EHS strategy to meet objectives with emphasis on culture, incident prevention, risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
• Drive effective use of the EHS management system, including policies, directives, standards, training and metrics.
• Lead an EHS corrective actions program, audits, inspections and incident analyses.
• Provide expert EHS guidance to sites within the assigned zone.
• Lead EHS programs managing change, including new methods, processes, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with leaders to integrate EHS into Product Stewardship, Process & Product Design, Quality, Supply Chain, HR and Sales.
• Mentor country and site managers and EHS staff to build a culture of safety and environmental excellence.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support company strategy.
