Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. in Twinsburg, OH, is seeking an SH&E Manager to lead site safety programs and regulatory compliance, including OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Program.

You will manage employee training, investigations, contractor safety, environmental permits, incident response, and emergency planning, while partnering with plant leadership to keep everyone current on safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years industry experience.
• Experience with OSHA Process Safety Management is required in this role.
• Experience with EPA RMP.
• Prefer past participation with industrial safety organizations such as ASSP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site compliance with Linde Loss Prevention System, OSHA PSM, and EPA Risk Management Program.
• Back up Site Security Officer role to Plant Manager and participate in annual DHS Security Inspection, maintaining Site Security plan and related reports.
• Coordinate and lead plant Safety Meetings by defining topics, preparing and delivering presentations, and ensuring adherence to internal safety programs.
• Serve as primary contact for OSHA VPP Star program, attending regular OSHA meetings and updates.
• Maintain all safety meeting minutes, attendance, and training records in accordance with requirements.
• Identify, schedule, complete, and document all employee training needs, tracking progress through training needs assessments for each job classification.
