Job summary

Lincoln Electric, a Cleveland-based leader in welding and manufacturing technologies, seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to set technical vision and lead process engineering across the plant.

You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements, mentor Engineering Managers, and partner with Operations, Quality, EHS, and R&D to align resources with strategic priorities and sustainment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, chemical, materials, welding, or a related engineering discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Typically 5+ years of people-leadership experience including leadership of engineering managers or technical teams.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive-communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision, engineering strategy, and roadmap aligned with plant priorities.
• Lead improvements in safety, quality, delivery, throughput, cost, and reliability.
• Direct evaluation, validation, implementation, and standardization of manufacturing technologies.
• Coach Engineering Managers and strengthen accountability and capability.
• Embed safety, environmental, quality, compliance, and continuity requirements into decisions.
