Job summary

Connexa Search Group is partnering with a growing Greenville, SC area manufacturer to recruit an EHS Manager who will build and lead the safety and environmental function from the ground up. This is a ground-floor leadership role with direct exposure to senior leadership.

You will own safety, health, and environmental programs across the site, shape the culture, and drive measurable improvements in regulatory compliance, training, and incident prevention.

Qualifications

• Multiple years leading EHS in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA reporting and compliance.
• Experience building or maturing EHS programs and safety culture.
• Proven track record reducing incidents.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the site EHS program across safety, health, and environmental
• Own OSHA, EPA, and state regulatory compliance and reporting
• Develop and deliver safety training, orientation, and ongoing education
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action
• Manage workers compensation cases and partner with operations on risk reduction

• Experience building or maturing EHS programs, systems, and safety culture
• Track record of reducing incidents and driving measurable safety improvement
• CSP, ASP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or a related field
