Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety for a plant site. You will manage EHS programs, maintain OSHA records, and lead safety initiatives across operations to meet regulatory and corporate objectives.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, staff development, and collaboration with engineering to embed EHS in processes and equipment. Salary reflects extensive manufacturing EHS experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Must Have).
• 5+ years of Environmental Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment (Must Have).
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Business or a related degree (Nice to Have).
• 7+ years of experience within Food Safety manufacturing (Nice to Have).
• Federal, State, and local EHS regulations knowledge; ASP, CSP preferred (Nice to Have).

Responsibilities

• Oversees OSHA/EPA regulatory compliance to achieve EHS objectives.
• Deploys Campbells Way or Working EHS Pillar across sites.
• Influences supervision and management to maintain a decentralized safety culture.
• Maintains OSHA 300 logs and Injury/Illness metrics.
• Develops site operation specific Health and Safety programs as needed.
• Trains personnel on OSHA compliance and hazard-specific training.
• Supports Workers' Compensation claims management and investigations.
• Acts as Company representative to regulatory agencies, insurers, contractors and vendors.
