You will develop and drive strategic safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Plant Leadership to foster a strong EHS culture. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of EHS management experience in a large manufacturing environment, deep knowledge of LOTO, machine guarding and incident investigations, and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and ISO standards (14001/45001/50001).
• Experience leading EHS programs in large manufacturing.

• Lead and mentor the EHS team and drive site safety programs.
• Develop strategic EHS initiatives, metrics, and compliance.
