Job summary

MITER Brands is hiring an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager for our Flower Mound, TX facility. This role leads all EHS initiatives in a high‑volume manufacturing environment of 600+ employees, partnering with operations to promote a proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing EHS leadership experience, hands‑on floor engagement, and the ability to influence safety initiatives across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental, health, and safety compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage EHS programs within a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend, develop, and implement programs that maintain safe working conditions and promote employee protection.
• Promote and drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce workplace incidents.
• Lead investigations related to incidents, accidents, and near misses and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
