NEOTech is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety to shape and govern enterprise EHS strategy across its domestic manufacturing network. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, HR, Quality, and site management to harmonize policies, reporting, and performance expectations across seven states and eleven sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing or highly regulated operations.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide EHS strategy, standards, and performance expectations across domestic facilities.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA and other environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Drive a proactive safety culture with incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Provide corporate leadership on environmental compliance, waste management, permitting, and reporting.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance to monitor EHS performance and drive improvements.
• Lead EHS integration for acquisitions, expansions, and capital investments.
• Collaborate with Ops, Eng, HR, and site management to embed EHS in operations.
