Job summary

Tree Top Staffing seeks an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Manager for a precision metal manufacturing facility in the United States. You will lead EHS programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture on the manufacturing floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, and HR, and strong communication of safety expectations across all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5+ years EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety requirements.
• Experience conducting workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance across operations and maintain records.
• Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate training, safety meetings, and regulatory reporting.
