Job summary

Intellian Technologies is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across our Lake Forest-based manufacturing facility. You will drive compliance with OSHA and Cal/OSHA, manage safety training, incident investigations, and hazard controls in a high‑tech manufacturing environment including cleanrooms and RF testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety in manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and Cal/OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies and programs.
• Experience conducting safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Experience developing and delivering employee safety training.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EHS programs to ensure OSHA/Cal/OSHA compliance.
• Develop, implement, maintain EHS policies and regulatory programs.
• Maintain EHS documentation, permits, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions with managers and staff.
• Provide guidance on safe work practices, PPE, and controls.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Manufacturing on projects and changes.
• Investigate injuries, illnesses, and near misses; coordinate reporting.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and maintain training records.
• Promote safety culture and employee engagement.
