Job summary

Integra seeks an experienced HSE Manager to oversee day-to-day safety activities at project sites, implement safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the main point of contact for safety matters.

You will supervise site-based safety staff, coordinate training and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement across operations, engineering, and leadership teams, including travel between sites.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (required).
• < OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry – Required
• < First Aid/CPR Certification – required
• < Minimum 5 years of progressive safety experience, including field-based safety roles.
• < Experience leading other safety professionals.
• < Experience in high-risk industries such as construction, energy, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
• < Must possess legal authorization to work in US
• < Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between project sites as needed.
• < Knowledge and application of OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910/1926), NFPA, ANSI, ISO 45001 and other relevant regulations/conformance standards.
• < Ability to maintain site safety records and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, review, and implementation of safety plans, procedures, and technical deliverables.
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to junior safety professionals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Participate in and lead high-level safety reviews, including those related to operational risk and complex processes.
• Plan and deliver targeted training on safety practices, regulatory updates, and hazard mitigation.
• Conduct and document site inspections, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses for incidents.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks and enhance safety performance.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineering, operations, and leadership to integrate safety into all phases of work.
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in safety management.
