Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Manager - Environmental Health & Safety to lead Byhalia, MS operations. You will shape HSE strategy, drive compliance, and partner with the site leadership to embed safety and sustainability across the organization.

The role requires a BS in a related field, 5+ years of manufacturing EHS experience, and professional certifications (CSP/ASP or CIH preferred). Strong communication and coaching are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or related discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• CSP/ASP, CIH or equivalent, preferred; Management of Change Practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HSE training, audits, and performance improvement programs at the Byhalia site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations locally, state and federal.
• Develop KPI analyses and reporting for HSE metrics.
• Assess emerging trends and legal requirements in HSE and Sustainability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to raise HSE performance.
• Plan yearly HSE activities and coordinate audits.
