Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Manager - Environmental Health & Safety in Byhalia, MS. This role reports to the Director of HSE/SA and leads HSE programs at the Byhalia manufacturing center and surrounding facilities.

Responsibilities include governance of training and audits, regulatory compliance, risk management, and cross-functional engagement to improve safety and environment performance. CSP/ASP and Change Management expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and minimum 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting.
• CSP/ASP, CIH or equivalent certification preferred.
• Management of Change Practitioner certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Governance: deliver HSE training, audits, and performance programs; ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Metrics: develop and report KPI data for HSE and sustainability.
• Regulatory compliance: assess trends and legal requirements; communicate implications.
• Risk management: lead audits and track corrective actions.
• Communication: collaborate across functions to raise HSE awareness and engagement.
• Project management: plan and execute HSE-related projects and allocate resources.
