Job summary

Prysmian Group in Jackson, TN is seeking an HSE Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs within the Operations team, driving compliance and a safety-first culture.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in safety/engineering and 3–5 years of manufacturing HSE experience, with strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ, and EPA regulations; you will partner with operations and maintenance to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, manufacturing or related field.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the leadership team by providing technical guidance and overseeing HSE activities.
• Drive compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies, and training.
• Assess and reduce risk through hazard analyses, risk assessments, and proactive safety improvements.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and OEMs to ensure safe equipment and processes.
