Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a senior EHSS professional to lead a multi-year safety improvement plan.

The role will own EHSS programs from development through implementation and act as a visible culture change agent across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of EHSS experience, OSHA knowledge, and a track record of driving sustainable safety improvements, including audits, root-cause analyses, and action tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or another technical field.
• 7+ years of EHSS experience in manufacturing or fast-paced industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and industrial hygiene requirements.
• Experience with audits, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Ability to drive safety culture and influence employees and leaders across levels.
• Licenses: wastewater Class K and landfill operator preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-year safety improvement plan.
• Own EHSS programs from development through implementation.
• Serve as a visible culture change agent across a fast-paced manufacturing organization.
• Oversee compliance, permitting and reporting, policies and training, audits.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions; track actions to completion.
• Provide regulatory support across multiple locations; growth toward EHSS Manager responsibilities.
