Responsibilities

• Ensure prioritized EH&S plan is in place and executed on time.
• Update and enforce Company EH&S policies and conduct risk assessments.
• Chair Health and Safety committee and resolve safety opportunities.
• Coordinate safety training including orientation and inspections.
• Own safety training programs and manage workers' compensation.
• Ensure contractor compliance with EH&S policies.
• Maintain OSHA forms, logs, and safety programs.
• Lead regulatory inspections and report findings.
• Maintain permits, records, and safety equipment.
• Act as Emergency Coordinator and data custodian for EH&S records.
• Interact with corporate EH&S team and plant leadership.
