Job summary

TK Elevator in Byhalia, MS seeks an experienced Manager - Environmental Health & Safety to lead HSE programs at the new Byhalia manufacturing center. You will drive governance, audits, training and performance improvement, partnering with operations to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and safe, sustainable practices.

The role requires a BS in a related field, 5+ years of EHS manufacturing experience, and certifications such as CSP/CIH preferred. Flexibility for 3 shifts and overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or related discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• CSP/ASP, CIH or equivalent certification preferred.
• Management of Change Practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Governance: Deliver HSE training, audit and performance programs for Byhalia center.
• Metrics: Develop strategy and report KPI performance for area of responsibility.
• Regulatory compliance: Track trends and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Risk management: Conduct audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Communication: Lead across functions and engage stakeholders for HSE
• Operational: Drive training, planning, and continuous improvement in HSE.
• Project management: Plan and execute HSE and corporate responsibility initiatives.
• Demonstrate ability to implement innovative cultural change.
• Coach across levels and contractors; support 3-shift operations.
