Sotera Health is seeking a Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) to lead and strengthen the corporate EH&S program across its U.S. facilities.

The role focuses on regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering and QA to safeguard workers and the environment. You will develop standards, deliver training, conduct audits and incident investigations, and drive Performance Management and Process Safety initiatives at multiple sites,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
• Seven or more years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EH&S regulations.
• Basic understanding of OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Programs.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple locations and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Environmental support across plants, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Provide training and materials on EH&S topics to plants.
• Prepare environmental permits and submit regulatory reports.
• Coordinate testing and support regulatory reporting.
• Lead health & safety training, incidents investigations and corrective actions.
• Support audits and drive Process Hazard Analysis and risk management activities.
