Sotera Health Company in Oak Brook, IL seeks a Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety to lead corporate EH&S programs and training across facilities. You will ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations while partnering with Operations, Engineering and QA to drive safety improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of EH&S experience in medical device/pharma/chemical industries, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 7+ years of EH&S experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EH&S regulations.
• Understanding of OSHA PSM and EPA RMP concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and projects with travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of corporate EH&S programs across facilities.
• Provide training and materials on safety topics and standards.
• Support Process Safety Management and Risk Management Programs.
• Conduct incident investigations and tracking, with corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
