Job summary

Sterigenics U.S. LLC is seeking a Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety to lead corporate EH&S programs and provide site support across multiple plants in the US. The role emphasizes training, regulatory compliance, and process safety management to safeguard workers and facilities.

The candidate should have a technical bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of EHS experience with strong regulatory knowledge. Expect 30% overnight travel and collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
• Seven or more years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of Federal, state, and local EH&S regulations.
• Basic understanding of OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple locations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Support EH&S programs at identified plants and provide training.
• Develop standards and work instructions for safety.
• Monitor industrial hygiene testing results and follow up on action plans.
• Lead EH&S audits and incident investigations across facilities.
• Assist with workers' compensation claims management and trend evaluations.
