Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the design and implementation of environmental, health, and safety systems for our Data Center HVAC Service Team. You will establish a strong safety culture from day one while supporting safe production of cooling and infrastructure solutions for data centers.

Travel is 40-50% to support sites. Key responsibilities include developing EHS policies, training, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience within a construction environment, preferably HVAC or industrial equipment service and maintenance
• OSHA 500 & OSHA 510 certifications
• Experience implementing quality systems in a construction start-up or ramp up
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
• Other certifications or education considered: CSHO, CSMC, or CSP

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs for HVAC Service teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal safety and local environmental, safety, and health regulations.
• Lead job hazard analyses, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Create and deliver safety orientation and training for new hires and contractors.
• Design and implement environmental management systems (i.e. waste handling, emissions, reporting).
• Conduct audits, inspections, and corrective actions to drive a safe workplace.
• Partner with leadership to build a proactive safety culture.
