Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a Field Service EHS Manager to lead and support Environmental, Health & Safety programs for field service operations in the United States. The role involves driving safety culture, compliance, and risk reduction across data center environments and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in safety-related field; construction experience valued.
• 5+ years of construction or field safety experience with 3+ years in mission-critical environments.
• Experience coordinating with field employees, contractors, and customers.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926 and hazard-control practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve EHS programs for field service operations.
• Lead safety for field technicians, managers, contractors, and customers.
• Conduct field audits, inspections, JHAs, risk assessments, and safety reviews.
• Support project planning to identify and mitigate safety risks before work begins.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, injuries, and property damage; drive corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop preventive actions.
• Deliver EHS training, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and communications.
• Maintain EHS documentation, records, and safety metrics for management.
