Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in customer service and communication.
• EPA certification(s) required.
• Level 1–3 certifications.
• OSHA 30 safety training.
• NFPA 70E familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced Maintenance/Troubleshooting projects independently.
• Serve as an on-site contact for customer-related technical support.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections and quality assurance testing.
• Technical lead for HVAC operations.
• Develop maintenance and training programs.
• Review and approve complex work plans.
• Interface with customers, engineering teams, and factory personnel.
• Mentor, Train, and provide oversight to Tech I, II, and III personnel.
• Identify reliability improvements.
• Manage maintenance schedules.
• Approve MOPs and change controls.
• Oversee major upgrades and retrofit projects.
