Modine Manufacturing Company in the Dallas area is seeking an HVAC Data Center Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical cooling systems for data centers. You will ensure CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, pumps operate reliably, maintain proper temperature and humidity, and minimize downtime.

The role requires EPA 608, 2+ years HVAC experience, ability to read drawings and operate BMS/BAS, and willingness to work nights, weekends and on-call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with BMS/BAS systems for monitoring and control.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call duty.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including CRAC/CRAH units, Airewall's, chillers, condensers, & pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) per schedule to ensure reliable system performance.
• Replace filters, and other mechanical components as needed.
• Respond quickly to mechanical equipment failures or temperature excursions to protect IT assets.
• Escalate critical events to management and assist in root cause analysis after incidents.
