Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in EHS, OSHA 30-Hour Construction, CHST preferred, and strong data analytics skills to integrate trends into continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in environmental science, occupational health, safety management, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in EHS roles, including program management or multi-site leadership within industrial/construction.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction training required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED/Naloxone certifications preferred.
• CHST certification preferred.
• OSHA Course 500 training required.

Responsibilities

• Creates and consults on Environmental, Health, and Safety program objectives and progress to leadership.
• Regions and sites: guides complex regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Shapes risk management strategies, crisis response, and safety/environmental planning.
• Integrates data analytics and emerging tech to enhance program effectiveness.
• Communicates complex EHS requirements to diverse audiences.
• Champions a culture of excellence and builds organizational EHS capability.
