Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leader to manage and develop a team delivering high-quality safety and environmental outcomes on complex projects. The role drives training, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and data-driven improvements to EHS processes.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field, with 7 years in EHS roles and 1–2 years in management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associates degree in environmental science, occupational health, safety management, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team that manages EHS projects and personnel to achieve high performance.
• Implements and oversees comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs compliant with regulations.
• Conducts advanced site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to guide teams and provide expertise.
• Develops emergency response plans and communicates regulatory EHS requirements to diverse audiences.
