Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior EHS leader to manage Environmental, Health, and Safety professionals, trade partners, and project teams. You will drive risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and lead advanced EHS training and communication strategies to promote safety and compliance.

You will monitor EHS data to identify trends and recommend process improvements, coordinating across work groups and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental science, occupational health, safety management or related field preferred.
• 7 years of EHS experience in industrial/construction environment required.
• 1–2 years in a managerial capacity required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction; First Aid/CPR/AED; Narcan certification preferred; CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an EHS team including trades and project partners.
• Oversee EHS policies, procedures, and programs per federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to guide teams.
• Lead EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
• Develop emergency response plans and communicate regulatory requirements.
• Engage project teams to instill safe working practices.
